The service
What this package actually does
We build one bidirectional synchronization between two supported systems so agreed records and fields stay aligned. The package covers mapping, filters, create/update logic, conflict rules, and testing. You choose the two endpoints and the automation engine that sits between them.
Agreed records update across both systems automatically.
Field mapping follows one documented source-of-truth strategy.
Filters prevent irrelevant records from entering the sync.
Conflict and loop-prevention rules reduce duplicate or circular updates.
What is included
- Two platforms
- Field mapping
- Sync rules
- Testing
Good fit when
- Teams maintaining the same operational data in two systems.
- Businesses suffering from double entry or stale status fields.
- Companies that need a controlled sync without replacing either platform.
Implementation
How we deliver it
The package has a defined result, but we adapt the implementation to your existing systems and business rules.
- 01
Define source-of-truth rules
We identify which system wins for each synced field and how conflicts should be handled.
- 02
Map records and fields
We align IDs, required fields, formats, filters, and create/update conditions.
- 03
Build both directions
We implement the two-way logic with loop prevention and basic error handling.
- 04
Test sync scenarios
We test creates, updates, missing values, and conflict cases before handoff.
Configure it
Keep the outcome. Swap the tools.
Choose the platforms that match your current stack. The fixed price assumes one option from each category and the scope described on this page. If your stack is not listed, select “Other” and we will verify whether it still fits the package before work begins.
Scope boundary
What is not included in the fixed price
These items can still be done, but they turn the engagement into additional scope and are quoted before we proceed.
- More than two primary systems
- Historical data migration or large backfill
- Master-data-management program
- Paid API, connector, or platform fees
Revisions & support
Three revision rounds are included
A revision is an adjustment to the agreed workflow, logic, mappings, messages, filters, or configuration. A new integration, a separate workflow, a new feature, or a material change to the original outcome is additional scope. After approval, the package also includes a 14-day period for fixing bugs in the delivered implementation.
Need something beyond this package?
If you need multiple systems, custom application logic, or a broader automation program, we can scope it as a custom project instead of forcing it into a fixed-price package.
