Free Automation, Built to Work
Not a demo. An automation that actually runs.
Pick one of eight services and we will build it in your own account, free — connected, tested against real data, and switched on. You keep it whether or not you ever hire us. We never ask for a password or an API key to do it.
- One scoped build
- One per company
- Limited slots each month
How it works
Pick one and tell us the process
Choose the service that fits, then describe what should happen in plain words. No account details, no keys — just the process.
We confirm, then you grant access
We reply within one business day to say whether we can take it on. Only then do you invite us, at the lowest permission level that works.
You get something that runs
We build it, test it against real data, and walk you through it. Then you remove our access and it keeps running without us.
Pick the one you want
One per company. Choose the service that matches the problem you actually have — we would rather build the right small thing than the wrong big one.
How access works
Every service on this page needs to reach a system you own. None of them needs a secret from you. This is the rule we hold ourselves to, and the reason the form above will refuse a submission that contains anything resembling a key.
- We ask for the lowest level of access that still lets the work happen, on the single account, base or board involved — never your whole workspace.
- We never ask for a password, a one-time code, or a two-factor backup code. Nobody legitimate ever will.
- Access is temporary. Remove us as soon as the work is delivered, and everything we could reach goes with it.
- If something genuinely cannot be shared by invitation, we work through it live on a screen share instead of putting it in writing.
The exact steps differ per platform — each service above carries its own checklist, and repeats it once your request is in. For the reasoning behind all of it, read how to share credentials safely. Full detail on what we collect is in our Privacy Policy.
What is not included
Free has to mean something specific or it means nothing. Here is the edge of it.
- Ongoing maintenance. We build it and hand it over. If you want us watching it, that is a normal engagement.
- Your platform bills. Make operations, Zapier tasks, Render instances and Monday seats are yours. We will always tell you before we build something your plan cannot carry.
- Migrations. Moving twenty Zaps to n8n is real work, not a free sample.
- Copywriting. Send us the wording for emails and messages, or we will use placeholders you replace.
- A rebuild disguised as a diagnosis. If your workflow needs replacing rather than repairing, we will say so and quote it separately.

Free automation FAQ
- What is the catch?
- There is no payment and no obligation. We build one scoped automation for free because it is a better demonstration of how we work than any sales call, and because a good share of the businesses we help this way come back with bigger work. If yours does not, you still keep a working automation.
- Do I have to give you my API keys or passwords?
- No, and we will refuse them if you offer. Every service on this page is accessed by invitation instead: you add us as a user on the one account, base or board involved, at the lowest permission that lets the work happen, and remove us when it is delivered. The form itself rejects anything that looks like a credential before it is submitted. We will never ask you for a password or a two-factor code.
- How many can I claim?
- One per company. Pick the service that matches the problem you actually have. If a second one would genuinely help, tell us when we reply and we will say honestly whether it is small enough to include.
- When does the offer end?
- Requests close at the end of September 1, 2026. Slots each month are limited, so a request sent close to the deadline may be scheduled after it.
- What if you cannot build what I asked for?
- We tell you within a business day, and we tell you why — usually a plan limit, a missing integration, or a system that needs changing before the automation can work. That answer is useful on its own, and it costs you nothing.
- Who owns the automation?
- You do. It is built inside your account, on your plan, and it keeps running after you remove our access. For n8n we also send the exported workflow JSON so you hold a copy independent of us.
