The service

What this package actually does

We build a defined lead-routing workflow that receives new leads, evaluates your assignment rules, updates the CRM, and alerts the correct owner. You can swap the CRM, automation platform, source, and routing logic while keeping the package centered on one routing system.

Leads are assigned consistently without manual triage.

Routing can follow round-robin, territory, service, source, or other agreed rules.

The CRM owner and pipeline state stay aligned with the routing result.

Assigned reps receive an immediate internal alert.

What is included

  • Lead capture
  • Assignment logic
  • Pipeline update
  • Internal alerts

Good fit when

  • Sales teams with more than one rep or market.
  • Businesses using spreadsheets or Slack messages to decide lead ownership.
  • Teams that need a repeatable routing rule before scaling lead volume.

Implementation

How we deliver it

The package has a defined result, but we adapt the implementation to your existing systems and business rules.

  1. 01

    Define routing rules

We translate your current assignment process into explicit conditions, priorities, and fallbacks.

  2. 02

    Connect the lead source

We capture leads from one agreed source and normalize the data needed for routing.

  3. 03

    Apply ownership logic

We assign the lead, update the CRM or pipeline, and notify the selected owner.

  4. 04

    Test exceptions

We test ordinary leads, missing-data cases, and fallback ownership before handoff.

Configure it

Keep the outcome. Swap the tools.

Choose the platforms that match your current stack. The fixed price assumes one option from each category and the scope described on this page. If your stack is not listed, select “Other” and we will verify whether it still fits the package before work begins.

Scope boundary

What is not included in the fixed price

These items can still be done, but they turn the engagement into additional scope and are quoted before we proceed.

  • Multiple unrelated routing systems
  • CRM migration or data cleanup project
  • Custom call-center software
  • Paid messaging, CRM, or automation subscriptions

Revisions & support

Three revision rounds are included

A revision is an adjustment to the agreed workflow, logic, mappings, messages, filters, or configuration. A new integration, a separate workflow, a new feature, or a material change to the original outcome is additional scope. After approval, the package also includes a 14-day period for fixing bugs in the delivered implementation.

Need something beyond this package?

If you need multiple systems, custom application logic, or a broader automation program, we can scope it as a custom project instead of forcing it into a fixed-price package.
