The service
What this package actually does
We troubleshoot one existing automation, identify the root cause of the failure, repair the agreed workflow, and verify it with functional tests. The package is designed for a bounded workflow that already exists—not a hidden rebuild of an entire automation environment.
You get a clear diagnosis of why the workflow is failing.
The agreed root cause is repaired within the existing workflow.
Core mappings, filters, and error handling are reviewed for obvious failure points.
The repaired flow is tested against representative cases.
What is included
- Workflow diagnosis
- Root-cause fix
- Error handling review
- Functional test
Good fit when
- A Make.com, n8n, or Zapier workflow that recently broke.
- Automations producing incorrect mappings or intermittent failures.
- Teams that need a focused repair before considering a larger rebuild.
Implementation
How we deliver it
The package has a defined result, but we adapt the implementation to your existing systems and business rules.
- 01
Reproduce the failure
We inspect logs, inputs, connections, and recent changes to reproduce the problem.
- 02
Identify root cause
We isolate the failing step, mapping, credential, API behavior, or logic condition.
- 03
Repair the workflow
We apply the bounded fix and improve basic error handling where it directly supports reliability.
- 04
Verify the fix
We test representative runs and document what changed and any remaining risks.
Configure it
Keep the outcome. Swap the tools.
Choose the platforms that match your current stack. The fixed price assumes one option from each category and the scope described on this page. If your stack is not listed, select “Other” and we will verify whether it still fits the package before work begins.
Scope boundary
What is not included in the fixed price
These items can still be done, but they turn the engagement into additional scope and are quoted before we proceed.
- Complete workflow redesign
- Multiple unrelated broken automations
- Third-party vendor bugs outside our control
- New features unrelated to the repair
Revisions & support
Three revision rounds are included
A revision is an adjustment to the agreed workflow, logic, mappings, messages, filters, or configuration. A new integration, a separate workflow, a new feature, or a material change to the original outcome is additional scope. After approval, the package also includes a 14-day period for fixing bugs in the delivered implementation.
Need something beyond this package?
If you need multiple systems, custom application logic, or a broader automation program, we can scope it as a custom project instead of forcing it into a fixed-price package.
